Prof. Carlos Closa (EUI, Fiesole - CSIC, Madrid), together with Prof. Costanza Margiotta (Università di Padova), Leonardo Pierdomenici (Università di Bologna) and Prof. Giuseppe Martinico, will discuss the legal and political implications of secession from a Member State and withdrawal from the European Union.
The discussion will be chaired by Prof. Gianluigi Palombella.
