The PhD in pills

Research areas: Private law, Comparative private law; European and comparative public law; Constitutional law; General theory of law; Law and criminal justice; Applied legal theory and legal philosophy; Law, artificial intelligence, and technologies. More specifically, in order to finalize their application, candidates are recommended to take into account the fields and contents of the different research interests and programs that are currently displayed under the profile of each professor.

Duration: 3 years

The number of scholarships: five, one reserved for candidates who obtained their qualification at a non-Italian University.

Value of scholarship: 16.243,00 EUR gross per year, including social security charges, tuition fees, and one meal at the school canteen per day (26 free meals per month). An additional economic subsidy is provided for study abroad periods.

Who should attend: Graduate students (Master’s degree or equivalent qualifications), professionals with working experience (and with graduate level education).
